For almost 150 years now the British bicycle saddle makers have been taking care of our posteriors, and now they’re pursuing new avenues with the Criterion Cycling Jacket, whilst proving that function and aesthetic don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
Designed by the legendary London bespoke tailor Timothy Everest as an homage to company founder John Boultbee Brooks, the smart jacket not only has an extremely understated old-school look, but with wind and water-repellent Ventile Cotton, fine Fox Brothers Tweed inner lining, reflective strips on the back, concealed key pocket and fold-out rain spoiler it also ensures you’ll enjoy cycling in every weather.
The jacket is available for men in the colours Cinnamon and Taupe and for ladies in Cinnamon and Stone and will set you back 1000 Euros. So on that note: hop on your saddle, throw on your jacket and get pedalling!
