Although winter is only just making an appearance now, spring is already in the starting blocks. And with it: the new Converse series, designed by Marimekko.
After three successful collaborations with the Finnish clothing manufacturer, the most recent stroke of genius will be hitting shelves next month. Cult models like Chuck Taylor All Star and Jack Purcell Helen have been reinterpreted by the two Marimekko head designers.
Maija Isola and Annika Rimala gave the kicks a playful look with colour and pattern mixes, which are based on the retro classics of the 50s and 60s. And let’s be honest: who doesn’t like a bit of old-school?!
