Hamburg’s web agency superReal.de could reap the Internet World Business Shop Award in 2012 in the category, Best Relaunch' with the new e-commerce site for the casualwear label Closed.
Instead of static pictures, with their front, rear and side views, Flash free videos are presented, where models present the new collection on the Closed-site. The advantages of the non-Flash-based technology are obvious: iPhone&iPad capable and Google friendly. In addition, shop functions are directly involved in the look book. And finally, the shop software is seamlessly integrated into the IT and ERP system of Closed.
The jury praised the "successful combination of emotional brand and product presentation between the campaign, offline retail and service-oriented e-commerce." And we simply have fun watching and exploring.
