Raf Simons is the new artistic director of Dior. According to German newspaper 'Süddeutsche Zeitung', the traditional house based in Paris has settled on the Belgian designer as the successor of John Galliano.
Therefore, the 44-year-old, who worked until recently as creative director of Jil Sander, is already going to present his first collection in July in Paris. Simons will be responsible for the Dior Haute Couture and Prêt-à-Porter collections as well as accessories, writes the 'Süddeutsche' further, citing a statement of luxury brand.
