The wait is over. Today, the 30th Olympic Games start in London. During the Summer Games, the traditional Swiss company Victorinox, is going to be the partner of the "House of Switzerland", the official Swiss guest-house in the Olympics.
Previous partnerships of the Swiss will be presented in the "House of Switzerland". These include, among other things projects such as the fashion collection "Remade Switzerland", which were realized with the emerging British menswear designer of 2011, Christopher Raeburn, or various limited editions that have arisen in collaboration with Le Corbusier or Wallpaper * magazine for example.
Visitors can also look forward to various events, product displays and customized guest gifts in the temporary pop-up store. A particular highlight is the Swiss Army Knife that visitors can design personally with the "Personalise Your Swiss Army Knife" online program. And best of all, they are free!
At the "Science Day" on 30 July, the Swiss family company will also present their focus on environmental awareness through technical and process-related initiatives. A worthwhile trip!
