After the 1000 Mile collection of Wolverine, the traditional footwear brand of Rockford, Michigan, a limited edition in vintage style follows now. The focus is on the 744-LTD boot that is made from Horween Shell Cordovan leather.
This special leather comes from the Horween tannery in Chicago, since 1905 an existing established company that produces one of the last leather tanneries with a sophisticated six-month tanning. Because of its high fat content, the leather is highly water repellent and durable.
The cooperation between Wolverine and the Horween Leather Company took place for the second time. Already in 2010, the launch of the limited 721 LTD model gained a lot of attention.
1000 pairs of the 744-LTD model will now be sold worldwide at selected retailers. Certificates of authenticity and production numbers entered by hand underline the quality of the brand. In addition, each purchaser receives a wallet from Horween Shell Cordovan leather when buying a pair of boots.
