New face on the Kurfürstendamm: The international multi-label store 14 oz. opened its second store in Berlin in the historic 'Haus Cumberland' on 25 October. No less than four locations offered space for celebration. It all started at 2 pm in the own four walls of the store on Kurfürstendamm 193-194, where greats of the textile industry, as well as Berlin's personalities from business, politics and society met.
To celebrate the day, not only the red carpet was rolled out, but the facade of the Haus Cumberland was also put into the right setting with reddish light. All according to Berlin taste, Currywurst, meatballs, kebabs and French fries for the small appetite were offered at the famous takeaway 'Curry 195'. The party continued from 10 pm in the once legendary nightclub 'Big Eden', which opened its doors especially for 14 oz.
Another highlight was the visit of the former nightclub owner Rolf Eden, who drove up in a Rolls-Royce, of course. Last but not least, the guests could enjoy a nightcap in the 'King's Pub', probably the oldest original pub on the Kurfürstendamm. A great party!
