Previously known as the world's largest internet auction house, the US-based eBay company opens for the first time a stationary Christmas boutique from 6 to 16 December in Berlin-Mitte.
This allows users to shop there with their smartphone by scanning the QR code on a particular article – a graph containing encrypted information to the respective internet address – and purchase it with the online payment system Paypal. So the days of "queuing" are definitely over, as the personally selected products can be ordered directly from the store and delivered to your home. Smart idea!
