The legacy of Amy Winehouse continues with the current Collection of London´s Casual- and Street fashion Label Fred Perry. Her extraordinary style is now source of inspiration for the new spring-/ summer collection 2013.
Partly responsible for the extraordinary style of Amy Winehouse is Fashion Designer Amy Molyneaux, designing at British Fashionlabel PPQ.
Molyneaux yet made plenty of works for Winehouse and partly characterized her style today.
Retro – British femininity and classic Fifties – silhouettes meet girlish details as lace, silky and knitted elements as well as bold prints. Black, quilted rips as well as eye – catching colours orchid – pink and fire – red in combination with black lead to a girlish touch.
The collection is supported by the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which leads charitable activities for teenagers since Winehouse´s death.
