Take some laminated nylon, combine this with herbal leather as well as horsehide and add a wintry – warm lining. The result is since lately presented by Japanese shoe label TST Footwear in its new Autumn-Winter collection.
As every year, two basic and six further versions in the current autumn colors dark brown, Bordeaux, black, marine and forest – green appear on the market.
Behind TST Footwear stands Seishi Tanaka from Japan. Yet he worked for labels like Comme des Garcons and Helmut Lang. What makes the brand special is not only it´s style, but especially the combination of handcraft and technology: The sketches of the shoe are, in the first instance, drawn by hand on paper. The elastic rubber sole is casted by hand and further processed. He mainly puts emphasis on his material´s quality and the quality while wearing the clothing.
