After creating fish scale-style bags from old truck tarpaulins for their current Reference collection the Swiss bag label Freitag is now turning plain-coloured strips of tarpaulin into bags for their upcoming spring/summer collection. The handmade ‘R 515 Williams’ will be available in the three colourways ‘Roughly White’, ‘Darn Yellow’ and ‘Almost Red’.
The elaborately hand-knotted models are joined by a ladies’ bag trio in different sizes and the roomy models ‘R 512 Ritchie’ and ‘R113 Noyer’. Similar to a nostalgic doctor’s satchel, Ritchie can now be conveniently opened thanks to the two brackets and provides enough space for all of your essentials.
