Clarks Originals epitomise the British lifestyle just like rain showers and a good cup of tea. For the spring/summer 2012 collection, the footwear company from Somerset was inspired by next year's top events in England: as well as the Queen's diamond jubilee there are also the summer Olympic Games of 2012 to look forward to.
So the classic 'Wallabee' has had a fitness course and is now lighter and slimmer.
The 'Yarra Bee', in contrast, is the girls' version of the Wallabee: with the trademark panel at the front and wedge heel at the back.
And last, but not least, the 'Desert Drille' the summer version of the Desert Boot: the typical crepe sole remains, but the seams are new, giving the shoe an espadrille-look.
