After the US-American sneaker cult label KangaROOS had almost disappeared from the scene, it was a hot topic again in 2009 with its ROOS red and black collection.
At the same time they re-released some 80s legends like 'Combat' and 'Skywalker III' as well as a series of hybrids on 'Dynacoil' retro running soles, boot-shoe styles, brogues and 'retro-uppers' in hiking look.
The latest trick up their sleeve is the collaboration with Amsterdam sneaker and graphics icon Patta, which will be presented for the first time at the upcoming Sneakerness in Amsterdam on 27. August. On top of that a limited special colourway edition is in the pipeline for the Parisian concept store Colette. The Return of KangaROOS Supershoes!
