From the drab Frankfurter Allee into the former postal office in the Luckenwalder Straße. F95 – The Fashion Store has moved to the premises of Station-Berlin. So now, you can shop all year round in the same place where the international fashion trade fair Premium is staged twice yearly.
In the generously proportioned architecture of the former main hall established designers can be found next to avant-garde clothing, accessories next to denims and progressive sportswear next to unusual jewellery design. Hand selected cosmetics, perfumes, music, magazines and home accessories round off the range on offer here.
A completely new addition is the topic of 'Velo-Couture', expanding on the fashionable dimensions of cycling. You can find racing bikes, stylish wooden bikes, e-bikes and the right clothing to go with it.
The F95-Store isn't just a place to go for design-savvy consumers but also serves as a laboratory and presentation area for future-orientated strategies for shop and range design. Because store owners Anita Tillmann and Norbert Tillmann are also the managing directors and owners of the Premium exhibition. They see the store as a kind of extension of the fair; something that should serve as port of call and source of inspiration all year round.
That's why they also have plenty of events like readings, brand launches and exhibitions planned in the rooms designed by interior designer Heiner Albaum. His design concept of "postmodern disarray" (Albaum) is an eclectic mix of the most diverse elements and mirrors the variety of products on offer at the F95 Store. That's why Baroque chairs upholstered in damask can be found next to trolleys sourced from an old Czech light bulb factory and bronze statues by Wilhelm Moser.
