Berlin-based designer Cora Schwind is presenting her new collection “Get up on that horse” for spring/summer 2012. As the name suggests, it's certainly lively.
Airy dresses, mini-skirts, shorts and semi-transparent blouses made of silk and gauzy cotton batiste conjure a relaxed, feminine but chic image. Warm colours like nude and grey tones, apricot and white dominate the outfits. Men wear lightweight shirts in grey and asymmetrical white T-shirts with black patterns. Added to the mix are eye-catching silver and leather accessories from the EASTBERLIN silver collection with motifs like the Brandenburg Gate, to round off the looks. Cora Schwind was inspired by the "Berlin vibes" and the "spirit of nature". That's a horse we're happy to get up on!
