Ho Ho Ho! This evening you don't have to clean your shoes to ensure they'll be filled by the Nikolaus*. Because this year he'll be bringing the boots with him! And not just any old boots, but Converse Outsider Boots from the sport-lifestyle label's current autumn/winter collection. But only if you happen to be in Berlin.
From tomorrow, for five days, at various locations in Mitte and Kreuzberg, emergency boxes will be set up, containing single Converse boots. The lucky finder can take the boot and go swap it for a pair in their own size in the cosy Converse Lodge in Torstraße 105. The odds on finding a pair of boots aren't bad, as the emergency boxes will be refilled several times daily.
And those of you who find only an empty box can take a photo of it and show it at the Converse Lodge. Then you get to take part in a prize draw for the boots. We can only hope that Nikolaus will take the hint and do something similar in other cities as well!
