Back Label is a collection of loungewear made with passion. Designed by Amy Perricone, the range includes cosy trousers made from organic cotton, elegant cashmere cardigans and dresses made from milk or seaweed-derived cotton, which not only feels extremely soft on the skin, but also supplies it with additional nutrients.
And every piece is produced 100% in Italy. For the spring/summer 2012 season she has now created the Silk Kimono made from extra fine, semi-raw finished silk in three different colour combinations of white, black, nude and grey. And the special thing about it: its production allows the silkworm to emerge from its cocoon to live out its full metamorphosis and become a butterfly, before the silk is harvested, making it extraordinarily soft. That way we're not the only ones who are happy, but the silkworms too!
