Finding skiing eyewear that not only looks good but is also functional, and which you wouldn't be ashamed to wear off the slopes, seems to be a virtually impossible task. The alpine experts at Moncler in France have teamed up with Berlin glasses label Mykita and are now offering two alternatives.
The unisex models LINO and ACHILLE are inspired by the alpine mountain climber eyewear of the fifties and are practical and modern at the same time. As a reminder of the first Moncler down jackets from the early sixties, both models are also available in red and blue, as well as black. Thanks to the Mylon material, which was developed by Mykita, they are extremely resilient, light and adjustable. In addition, the mineral lenses by the Italian company Barberini have an anti-fog finish and an anti-scratch outer coating. Another highlight: when breathed on, the lenses reveal the Mykita & Moncler logo.
From mid-December the models will be available in all Mykita and Moncler stores, as well as from Andreas Murkudis in Berlin. Happy skiing!
Mod. ACHILLE
