14 oz., the Berlin-based multi-label store owned by Bread & Butter boss Karl-Heinz Müller will soon be available in two versions. In autumn 2012 a second store is opening on the Kurfürstendamm in Charlottenburg, Berlin. To mark the event, a big party was held on 8 December in the unfinished rooms of the historic Cumberland building.

Around 200 guests came and viewed a fashion exhibition on the fifties and sixties, curated personally by the legendary German fashion photographer F.C. Gundlach. Some of the large-format photographs will be presented later in a permanent exhibition in the 600 m2 store.

The surprise guest was the former landscape gardener, decorator, zoo keeper and upholsterer and current musician, author, film-maker, actor, entertainer and still-Mülheim-based Helge Schneider, who supplied top class entertainment. Singing and accompanying himself on his Hammond organ as well as sharing his thoughts on fashion, he entertained the guests before DJ Hell und DJ Kaos took over the turntables.
