Apparently the world is going to end in 2012. But not according to the premium Black Label line by lifestyle brand Puma. Thanks to the futuristic autumn/winter collection by creative director Hussein Chalayan the sports label is launching itself into space instead – and taking us with it on a journey to faraway places.
NASA-inspired hi-fi textiles, sleek details and functionality: this is how Puma is defining its outerwear in the broadest sense of the word – namely with regards to space travel. Metallic waxed materials like jersey and wool ensure a high quality that will keep us warm during the cold season.
The resulting designs of trousers, coats, jackets and other items of clothing are very minimalistic. And this reserved look also runs through the earthbound colour palette. Black, dark blue, grey, white with accents in lemon and burgundy and shining gold underline the collection’s clear lines.
Winter, we’re ready for you!
