Stylist’s own is an event by Nike, which brings together the two realms of sportswear and fashion. In order to do so, once a year, the label invites talented stylists to work together with famous sports personalities to set the scene for items from the current Nike collection. As could be seen on the evening of January 17, this was certainly a challenge for all concerned.
Nike invited guests to an art opening at the Berlin club, Prince Charles, where we were provided with an insight into the making of the fashion shoots at a meet & greet.
Amongst others the images show footballer Lena Bajramaj and Swiss surfer Alena Ehrenbold. Hard to imagine, but the former is said to actually have had muscle ache on the morning after the shoot.
Edyta Kopcio, who styles regularly for J’N’C Magazine, was also in on the gig. She had the honour of working together with high jump athlete Ariane Friedrich, which was, apparently, lots of fun. J’N’C has put together the highlights of the evening in pictures.
