Never heard of Prokö? Quite Probable. Until now, the young Spanish jewellery brand is distributed by privately organized sales, information spread via word of mouth. Well, until now. The brand makes its first trip to Paris this week-end to win over the informed French crowd its first Vente Privée this saturday, 17th of march.
Patricia, Designer of Prokö, assembles pieces from flea markets or friends to put them apart and create something new. It is a tale of deconstruction and construction, creating unique chains, bracelets or earrings with a vintage touch. It fits well into the current mindset of creative processes, which honour up-cycling, as demonstrated by fashion brands such as Schmidttakahashi and Andrea Crews or decoration brands such as Kidimo.
The first private Sale of Prokö will take place this saturday, 17 march 2012 at the temporary showroom One-to-One, from 11am – 8 pm.
