A lavish breakfast on a flowery meadow in the middle of Paris? And to top it all, in the trendy 11. Arrondissement? From tomorrow until the 11th June you can do exactly that as part of the exhibition ‘Chic Chic Chic, c‘est picnic’ in the boutique belonging to French street fashion label Sessun in the Rue de Charonne. Here it’s really all about picnics: not just tartan blankets, straw hats, straw bags and dresses but also swimwear and even nostalgic jam jars have been decorated with Liberty print flower patterns.
Special guest is the Finnish illustrator Anna Emilia Laitinen who contributed her adorably charming yurt illustration as well as a canvas bag and a strictly limited edition of T-shirt designs. More than enough good reasons to head over to the city on the Seine again!
