Ela Holscher, the Düsseldorf advocate of avant-garde fashion and supporter of young, creative talents, is bringing back her reopened ELA selected clothing store, this time in a new location in Düsseldorf’s Unterbilk district.
The old factory buildings in which the store is housed offer plenty of space, not only for carefully selected collections and accessories, some of which are exclusive, but also for magazines, artworks and lifestyle products, including unusual cushions, Siberian vodka, exquisite fragrant candles, hand-carved buffalo heads and original Mexican talismans.
Also in the pipeline for the next few weeks is the launch of the first Henrik Vibskov fragrance line “TYPE B, C, D”. Another highlight is the label’s own collection “Ela Selected”, which is now being sold exclusively in the new premises.
Future plans for the shop have already been revealed and, as well as fashion presentations, also include art exhibitions and music events and a little café.
The opening will be celebrated tomorrow with drinks and music, between noon and 6pm.
