Le Bloc encore une fois. Having massively plied Cologne’s creative scene in the Belgian Quarter with fashion, art, design and music as part of the Le Bloc event in the last two years, on the 4th of June they are taking it into the third round.
From 12 noon until midnight, designers, gallery owners and shop owners will be opening their ateliers, studios and stores and transforming exhibition and sales space into concert rooms and performance stages or just letting you take a peek over their shoulders. Absolute highlight, in addition to the 100 style-engendering music videos presented by the Museum of Applied Art Cologne (MAKK), which are being shown in the Hallmackenreuther on the Brüsseler Platz, are the two fashion shoes in the multi-storey car park Maastrichter Strasse / corner of Brabanter Strasse. Whilst new outfits by stores and designers like Blauer Montag and Blutsgeschwister, amongst others, are being presented at 3pm, at 6pm Chang 13, Bob 10.5.10, Herbold, Joah Kraus and Trinkhallen Schickeria will be letting their models loose on the catwalk. Special Guests here are two Berlin designers, Sebastian Ellrich and Juliane Werdin.
