Klonek @ Slowboy

Wednesday, 04 May 2011

of_course_slowboy

Our hardworking regular illustrator Roman Klonek is once again exhibiting new work at Düsseldorf’s Slowboy Gallery from this Saturday. From 6pm, accompanied by chilled refreshments, he is presenting a new series of woodcuts entitled “Some more wooden snake tales” – all with the typical Klonek mix of comic, folk and propaganda. The works can be viewed for the next 21 days, culminating in a finissage on 28 May with a concert by the brilliant Düsseldorf art, theatre and music band “half past selber schuld”. A one-off opportunity to take a Klonek original home with you!
