The dress goes by the delicately innocent name of 'Lulu' and is a mix between a politically charged item of clothing and junk art. It was designed and sewn by the 22-year-old Parisian student Flore Garcia Bour as a protest against the environmental pollution caused by carelessly discarded cigarette butts.
